Assembly Diagram for Standard
Cassette Unit
- Slide off the mounting end caps (1).
- Mark the points where the blind
should be mounted.
- Drill two holes for each side and install the
end caps (1) with their corresponding screws.
- If not installed already,
attach the nylon handle (a) with the screws
provided in the perforated space of the blind's bottom
profile (c).
- When pulling down the handle, for upright cases
the reflective aluminum should face out with
the white side facing the case.
For coffin cases the reflective aluminum
should face in and the white should face out.
- Insert the cassette (2) on the end caps,
attached on the case, and secure with screws
provided.
- Mount the
blind hook (b) on the lower side of the case,
fixing it, if possible, below the bumper or molding.
Assembly Diagram for Units Without Cassette
on Upright
Cases
- Install the bracket plate (1a), with its corresponding screw,
in the wall or ceiling of the case.
- Insert the square spindle (2)
into the crossed part (3) of the bracket plate, leaving the
reflective side of blind outward,
white inward.
- To stretch the self-rolling mechanism (4), turn blind 360° in
the direction marked by the arrow (5) 10 or 15 times, depending
on the length of blind required and its desired tension.
- Insert the
round spindle in the circular part of the bracket plate (1b).
- Insert the spindle holder (8) and turn it down.
- Insert the blind
stopper (9) in the bracket plate (1b).
- If not installed already,
mount the nylon blind handle (a) with its corresponding screws
in the holes of the blind's bottom
profile (c).
- Mount the blind retaining hook (b) on the lower
part of the case, fixing it, if possible, below the bumper
or molding.
