9000 Series Retrofit Cassette

The 9000 series is our current standard model. You can differentiate the 9000 series from previous series by it’s new slim-line handle design and magnet fasteners on the bottom profile rail (see images below).

9000 Series OEM Version Non-Cassette

The 9000 series non-cassette is our current standard OEM version model. You can differentiate the 9000 OEM series from previous OEM series by it’s new slim-line handle design and magnet fasteners. In addition, the 9000 series non-cassette has plastic mounting brackets rather than previous all-metal mounting brackets (see images below).

7000 Series Retrofit Cassette

The 7000 series is our lighter weight, slimmer profile version of our standard 9000 series model. You can instantly identify the 7000 series by looking at the mounting end cap which has two plugs that were inserted into the two holes where two screws were used to secure the unit to the display case. In addition, the fabric is double-sided woven aluminum.

The slim-line handle of the 7000 series is a slightly shorter version of the 9000 series handle (7000 series measures approx 2″ from the back clip versus the 2.5″ for 9000 series). The bottom profile rail is also a slimmer design which includes the bottom profile rail end cap which is smaller and of a flatter design (see images below).

7000 Series OEM Version Non-Cassette

The 7000 series non-cassette OEM version is our lighter weight, slimmer profile version of our standard 9000 series non-cassette OEM model. You can instantly identify the 7000 series OEM version by looking at the overall cassette housing and bottom profile rail all of which are smaller in profile/dimension. In addition the 7000 series fabric is double-sided woven aluminum.

Unlike the 9000 series, the mounting bracket is all metal. Just like the 7000 series cassette the slim-line handle is a shorter version of the 9000 series (it measures approx 2″ from the back clip versus 2.5″ for 9000 series). The bottom profile rail end cap is also a flatter design. (see images below).

5000 Series Retrofit Cassette

The 5000 series was our previous standard model before the introduction of the 9000 series. The 5000 series had two variations within the series: with the first run of units you used the mounting bracket ear piece to adjust the tension on the unit. With the second run, the mounting bracket ear piece now had a Allen Key channel that used an allen key to set the tension on the unit. The next biggest identifier of the 5000 series is the handle, a toothed handle that was secured to the bumper of the case with a hook (see images below).

5000 Series OEM Version Non-Cassette

The 5000 series non-cassette OEM version also utilized all metal mounting brackets and a spindle lock to lock the tension on the unit. It too, also used the toothed handle and hook to secure the unit to the bumper of the case (see images below).

XL Series Retrofit Cassette

The XL series is our current retrofit non-cassette model just for Hussmann EXCEL cases. You can easily differentiate the XL series from other series by it’s strap/magnet handle design and red spindle lock(see image below).
