Design developed based on customer requests to enhance refrigerated service cases and replace sliding glass or acrylic doors. Engineered for service case applications of varying lengths and widths up to 30” (800 mm).

• Designed for Refrigerated Service Cases: Installs on the outside back of the service case or under the case top (when space allows). Ideal for deli, meat, seafood, and specialty service counters seeking improved energy efficiency and simplified night-time coverage.

• Engineered Hygienic Fabric Technology: Constructed from perforated woven aluminum laminated to polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with reinforced fiber edges for durability. Designed with antibacterial properties to support hygienic fresh food environments and help manage condensation and airflow.

• Compact, Durable Retraction System: Features a corrosion-resistant counter-torsion spring and brake mechanism with factory preset tension and easy adjustment. Built for smooth, controlled retraction in high-use supermarket and food service environments.

The Econofrost 3000 Service Case Cassette Night Cover is a compact retrofit solution engineered specifically for refrigerated service cases. Designed for installation on the outside back of the case or internally under the case top when space permits, it provides a streamlined alternative to traditional sliding glass or acrylic doors.

Identified by its smaller profile, square end-caps with screw holes, and rectangular rigid fitted handle, the 3000 Series is purpose-built for service counter applications. Unlike other Econofrost models, its handle and hardware are not interchangeable with the 9000, 9600V2, 9600, or XL Series due to its dedicated service case configuration.

The perforated woven aluminum PET fabric features reinforced fiber edges for durability and is 100% recyclable. Engineered antibacterial properties support hygienic food merchandising, while the perforation pattern assists in managing airflow and condensation inside the case.

The corrosion-resistant counter-torsion spring and brake mechanism ensures smooth, controlled retraction and long service life. Factory preset tension allows for easy adjustment, delivering dependable performance in demanding supermarket and food service environments.
