7000 Series Retrofit Cassette

The 7000 series is our lighter weight, slimmer profile version of our standard 9000 series model. You can instantly identify the 7000 series by looking at the mounting end cap which has two plugs that were inserted into the two holes where two screws were used to secure the unit to the display case. In addition, the fabric is double-sided woven aluminum.

The slim-line handle of the 7000 series is a slightly shorter version of the 9000 series handle (7000 series measures approx 2″ from the back clip versus the 2.5″ for 9000 series). The bottom profile rail is also a slimmer design which includes the bottom profile rail end cap which is smaller and of a flatter design (see images below).

5000 Series Retrofit Cassette

The 5000 series was our previous standard model before the introduction of the 9000 series. The 5000 series had two variations within the series: with the first run of units you used the mounting bracket ear piece to adjust the tension on the unit. With the second run, the mounting bracket ear piece now had a Allen Key channel that used an Allen key to set the tension on the unit. The next biggest identifier of the 5000 series is the handle, a toothed handle that was secured to the bumper of the case with a hook (see images below).

The 5000 series non-cassette OEM version also utilized all metal mounting brackets and a spindle lock to lock the tension on the unit. It too, also used the toothed handle and hook to secure the unit to the bumper of the case (see images below).
